Return and Refund Policy

At wallthrift, every product is crafted and packed with care to ensure you receive only the best. while we do not offer returns or refunds, we do provide replacements in eligible cases.

Replacement eligibility

a replacement will be provided only if:

  • the product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect, and

  • the issue is reported within 48 hours of delivery.

to request a replacement, please email us at care.wallthrift@gmail.com with the following details:

  • your order id

  • clear photos or videos of the damaged or incorrect product

  • a brief description of the issue

once verified, a replacement for the same product and design will be shipped at no extra cost.

Conditions

  • replacements are issued only for the same item and specifications as originally ordered.

  • if the same product is unavailable, an alternative design or store credit may be offered.

  • refunds are only provided, in cases where a replacement or suitable alternative cannot be arranged.

  • wallthrift covers all shipping costs for approved replacements.
