  • all products are designed, printed, and shipped only after an order is confirmed.

2. Product and color disclaimer

  • all product images shown on the website are for representation purposes only.

  • due to differences in screen display settings, actual colors and brightness may slightly vary from what you see online.

  • as each item is printed on demand, minor variations may occur, which do not qualify as defects.

3. Order processing and shipping

  • once an order is placed, it is processed and printed within 1–2 business days.

  • shipping times may vary depending on location (typically 3–7 business days).

  • shipping and delivery updates will be shared via email once the order is dispatched.

4. Cancellations

  • cancellations are accepted within 1 hour of placing the order only.

  • once printing begins, the order cannot be cancelled, modified, or refunded.

  • approved cancellations will be refunded within 5–7 business days.

5. Replacements and refunds

  • wallthrift follows a replacement-only policy; refunds are not applicable except in verified cases where a replacement cannot be arranged.

  • replacement requests must be reported within 48 hours of delivery, along with proof (photos/videos) of the issue.

  • to raise a replacement request, contact care.wallthrift@gmail.com with your order id and issue details.

6. Intellectual property

  • all content on this website, including designs, images, logos, and text, are the exclusive property of wallthrift.
